Fuelled by this week’s MSc “homework”, I have been engaged in quite a few conversations about innovations and near-future technology. What I found was that is becoming more and more commonplace to find technology in the real world that featured in science-fiction stories. What is scary, however, is how fast the predicitions in fiction are becoming true (perhaps there is a need to re-write Moore’s Law to reflect this?). It’s taken me a long time to sort myself out with my blog, having gone through at least four different styles and names — now that it is a new year and I have finally made it to my 40s, I’m pretty happy with it! More >
The start of a new phase

I have recently started studying a 3-year part-time MSc in Digital Marketing Communications. The reason I chose to do this was because I felt I have worked in the digital industry since 1997 and because I have been self-taught all this time, perhaps I would benefit from some focused learning in this area.
