Daleks conquer and destroy!
Apr 3rd
Needing an escape, I recently completed a quick modelling project of one of my favourite TV bad guys, a Dalek from Dr Who. However, I’m never content to build something straight out of the box, so I had to dabble a wee bit with the stock kit …
Movember — Final Day
Nov 30th
Well, it’s all nearly over … I’ve got through the itching, insults and finger-pointing and ended up with quite a nice tash (at least I think so).
I would like to thank every single person that has donated over the past month. Thanks to you all I have raised £155 and the team has (so far) raised a total of £535! I know there is still some money to be put on the system, so hopefully we’ll break the £600 barrier.
I’ll actually be sad to see it go. But my wife won’t be.

Here’s the ICMIF Movember team (with our Chief Executive, Shaun, replacing a team member who couldn’t participate).
To date we have raised £499 for the charity — hoping to push beyond £600 by the end of the month!

Movember — Day 22
Nov 22nd
Day 22 already! There’s been a rather large gap between this and the last photo as there has been a lot going on (sorry).
However I am pleased to say that I have now personally raised £120 and my team has raised nearly £425, with lots of fundraising activities happening at work.
Thanks to everyone to has generously donated so far. If you’re not one of them — get it done!

Family of Noise: a window into my youth
Nov 18th
Back in the late ‘80s I was in a band. Then again, who wasn’t? It started off as simply mucking about in a mate’s garage in Molash — first as “Kicking the Kerb” and then “Additional Noise”. Finally we settled on a name that we felt suited us, taken from a track on Adam and the Ants’ first album, “Dirk Wears White Sox”. More >
Movember — Day 17
Nov 17th
For some reason I’m really happy, despite the itching and the constant feeling that I have something up my nose …
